Lately Burkley has been such a charmer.
He's been so ultra sweet and kind and I'm just loving it.
Of course, he has his moments, but for the most part, he's just such a blessing to everyone.
He's been signing with good manners lately and using "phrases" when he signs such as "Help, please," and "Please, milkies." So sweet. He's been doing so well with saying "please" and "thank-you" to everyone and saying "bye bye" when we leave places.
He's trying so hard to repeat every.single.thing. he hears. Literally. You can just talk to him all day and he will try to repeat every word. It's adorable. And it's amazing how well he does with it!
I'm starting to lose track of how many words Burkley knows. I used to keep a chart, but lately it's getting to be too much to keep track of it all. He surprises me multiple times a day by showing he understands words like "outside," "let's go," "bath," and more. It's also funny to hear him repeat things that I didn't even know I said very often. One example of this is, "Sure!" I hear him say "sure" all the time and I never realized that almost every time he says it, he's repeating me.
