Holiday Happenings: Part Two

You can see Part One here.

But now, on to what we did Christmas Day!

We give each other gifts in our stockings and then head over to my parents' house for breakfast.
Then, we open stockings and gifts and lounge around all day until Christmas dinner.

His first stocking experience. He kept wanting to go play with his toys and was entirely disinterested in what was in his stocking. Good thing I only spent $4 on the toys in there. :)

"Can I go play now?"

Stocking time at my parent's house! Here's my bro, hubby, and bro-in-law.

Me peeking out through a pile of gifts (not all for me).

My sis got me some things from her recent trip to Cancun and also a handmade calendar!

Sleepy head slept through all of breakfast and most of the gifts. Here he is after just waking up.

One of my FAVORITE gifts!!!! A bread machine! I've already made white bread, corn bread, and banana bread!
Burkley kept wandering off to gaze at the tree.

Hilarious- my sis brought him a book that he had left at her house during our last visit to Chicago. He was more interested in that than any of his gifts.

Yeah, these new books and puzzles are fun, but I'm not letting go of my long-lost book.

A maraca from Mexico! (Notice the book, not out of his sight!)

Burkley got some new skivvies which are stinking ADORABLE!
Christmas dinner! My mom makes a traditional holiday meal- basically it's Thanksgiving, but with ham instead of turkey. :)

Alrighty, here he's dressed and ready for the day. We always wear loungy comfy clothes on Christmas day!

He loves playing on Gramma and Grampa's stairs!

Peek! I see you!

Playing games...

Hanging with my sis!
