This pregnancy just keeps truckin' along and I'm still in the "I forget I'm pregnant" phase of those early weeks. Feeling fine and not uncomfortable yet, so that is good. Jut a few updates for my own records and for ya'll:
* Started the progesterone shots at 16 weeks. I take them weekly in my hip. They are not really painful going in, but later that night and the following three nights (four nights total) I cannot sleep on the side where I got the shot, so that is a minor irritation! However, I'm blessed to have my mom's friend who is a nurse come to my house each week to give me my shot so I don't have to go to my midwife's office! So convenient for me and so kind of her. Not sure really on any side effects-- by day three-four or so I get really sleepy-- like can't-keep-my-eyes-open-sleepy. I don't know if that's coincidence or related to the shot, because one of the main side effects of progesterone is sleepiness.
* Next week I have my second ultrasound on my cervix to watch and see if it is shortening at all. I will have another four weeks following that. We are monitoring to make sure that I don't have a shortening cervix or incompetent cervix, which is one hypothesis as to why Burkley came early.
* I started feeling Baby C move at 15 weeks. This baby is mainly active in the afternoons.
* I felt like I started "showing" fairly early, but now I'm not so sure. I'm still more or less wearing regular clothes, although my pants don't button. I'm not sure yet if I'm just smaller this time or growing differently/carrying differently. Not sure yet, it's too soon to tell. Whatever it is, it seems strange!
* We are completely stumped on name ideas. But, don't feel like you need to give us any name ideas, because we want to come up with something special on our own. :) But, if you have any good baby name books or websites, I'll take those suggestions!

You are for sure showing, but tinier! I loved Jared's comment Sunday - when are you going to admit you're not really pregnant?! :) At least you're cute!!
